General Information

1. Candidates must complete this form correctly and upload the required documents.
2. The form and the documents should be submitted not later than the closing date
3. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH THE COMPLETELY FILLED FORM
   • Educational certicates, degrees, diploma and secondary school certificates
   • Letter of admission into your present institution
   • Birth certificate or statutory declaration of age and evidence of change of name by marriage or otherwise (if any)
   • Last two semesters results (for 200 level and above students)
   • Letter from your refrees
4. Application submitted after the closing date or incorrectly, incompletely filled or without the correct documents will not be considered.
5. FORM IS FREE
